SIP Trunking allows a customer to integrate one or more phone systems directly into our data centers. Phone participants can then connect to BlueJeans over IP instead of PSTN from any phone registered to a PBX phone system that has a SIP Trunk to BlueJeans.
- Better audio quality
- Lower costs for your enterprise
- Additional security (calls can be encrypted via SIP Trunk)
SIP Trunking can be enabled for any Advanced Services customer. Please contact your Account or Success Manager to have the feature enabled for your Enterprise Group.
