In the event of an issue with the BlueJeans Office 365 Outlook Add-in, we may require the log file in order to investigate. Please follow the below steps to submit your Add-in error report to the BlueJeans Support team.
- Click on the Bluejeans Office 365 Add-in icon present on the Outlook ribbon.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Click Send Error Report, located in the bottom section of the newly-opened pane.
- Provide your email address and a description of your issue.
- Click Send Report. A message will appear to confirm the upload completed successfully.
