Q: What is the difference between the 2 packages? How do I know which one to buy?
The “Me” package is for individuals and small teams who are getting started with video conferencing and don't require advanced features such as IT management tools, meeting recording, or third-party integrations with chat messaging tools like Slack or HipChat. The “My Team” package is well-suited to teams and business units who want meeting analytics and management, meeting recordings, and third-party integrations.

 

Q: How many Me or MyTeam named hosts (seats) can I buy online?
As many as you wish.

 

Q: Who can buy BlueJeans online?
Anyone who does not reside in a U.S. embargoed country (like Syria).

 

Q: Which currencies are available?
U.S. Dollars, Great Britain Pounds, and Euros today, many more coming soon.

 

Q. I encounter an error "Currency not supported" while using AMEX card?
Payment gateway limitation while using GBP as currency for AMEX card. Please choose "$USD" to complete the transaction.

 

Q: Can I upgrade and add more seats online?
Yes!

    

Q. Can I upgrade from the Me to My Team plan?
Yes! You can do so in Billing Management under License Details > Upgrade to My Team package
