The Automatic provisioning feature in Office 365 creates BlueJeans accounts for new users upon their initial sign in. This feature can be turned on with BlueJeans SSO and will work with our Office 365 Scheduling Add-in.
When a new users log into the O365 Add-in for the first time, their accounts will be automatically provisioned. Users may be prompted to provider basic information including: Full Name, Company Name, Phone Number, and Moderator Passcode. The user will be allocated a randomly generated Personal Meeting ID. This meeting ID can be changed from the BlueJeans User Settings page.
