To reset your password, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link that is available from the login page and enter in the email address that is associated to your BlueJeans Account. A Password Reset email will be sent to the provided email address with instructions on how to complete the Password Reset process. Check with your IT Department to verify the Password Requirements for your Enterprise. If you do not see the Password Reset email in your inbox, then please check your Spam or Junk.
Please note that if your company uses Single Sign On (SSO) to access BlueJeans, then the Password Reset will not be available. Contact your company's IT Department for instructions on how to reset your internal credentials.
