What is a Bulk Upload?

A Bulk Upload is an automated onboarding option that allows a large number of new users to be created and added to an Enterprise Group using a CSV file. The file is created by a Group Admin and is processed by the BlueJeans Support Team. If you are interested in submitting a Bulk Upload Request, then please download a copy of the .csv template included at the bottom of this article, follow the guidelines listed below, and then send an email to our Support Team at support@bluejeans.com with the .csv as an attachment.
