If you've encountered an issue while using Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari with BlueJeans, then please use our Log Uploader form to upload and submit the browser's WebRTC Console logs for the Support Team to investigate.
To upload logs, Click Here and follow the instructions below:
- Please enter a description of the issue that occurred within the 'What Happened?' field
- Enter your email address in the Email Address field
- Upon clicking the Send Report button your Browser plugin logs will be automatically uploaded to BlueJeans
- Once the log files have been uploaded please send an email to email@example.com. A case will be created and a Support Engineer will work on the problem (or mention the existing case number)
