How to upload logs from the Windows Outlook Add-in

In the event of an issue with the BlueJeans Outlook Add-In, we may require the log file (generated & stored on user’s machine) to investigate. Please follow below steps to submit your Add-In error report to the BlueJeans Support team.

  1. Click the dropdown arrow beneath the Schedule button to open the Options menu and select Send Error Report
  2. Provide a clear and concise description of the issue(s) you've experienced
  3. Enter your preferred email address
  4. Click the Send Report button to send the logs
  5. Submit a Support Case for an engineer to review the issue and log files.


In case, if you are unable to access the BlueJeans Outlook Add-In within Outlook at all, please navigate to the following location and email all the files/folder to Blue Jeans Support team (E-mail-
C: > Users > Your User Profile > AppData > Local > Blue Jeans > BlueJeans Outlook Addin\Outlook_Log
