BlueJeans accessibility features enable customers with disabilities such as visual and hearing impairment to schedule, attend and participate in a BlueJeans meetings, view recordings, and access administrative features from any computer or mobile device. These enhancements to the service are based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 and the 21st Century Communications & Video Accessibility Act requirements and are made in order to expand BlueJeans’ accessibility to customers with disabilities.
Blue Jeans’ enhanced services are now compatible with standard screen readers such as VoiceOver on iOS and OSX platforms, TalkBack on Android devices and NVDA (Non Visual Desktop Access) for Windows platform. Users can navigate using their keyboard and these assistive technologies to perform most of the functions to schedule, attend and participate in a BlueJeans meetings.
